COMPARATIVE EVALUATION OF CRESTAL BONE CHANGES IN IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT AND DELAYED PALCEMENT OF DENTAL IMPLANT : A CLINICO-RADIOGRAPHICAL STUDY

Background : To compare crestal bone changes after placement of immediate versus delayed dental implant
 Aim and Objective Comparative evaluation in palcement implant: A clinico-radiographical study.
 Methods coparative study was conducted total 20 implant sites patients within the age group 20-60 years comprising both male female visiting Out-patient Department Periodontology Implantology ,D J College Dental Science Research Modinagar (U.P). Clinical parameters were recorded at baseline ,3 months ,6 months; they included pain, mobility, radiographic assessment for changes.
 Results On intergroup comparison, mean difference pain mobility between Group GroupB showed that there no significant result. B had slightly higher loss than during to 6th month period.
 Conclusion Within limitations this study, it can be concluded (Immediate implantation) mesial distal surface observation period. Furthermore, a continuous resorption observed over time groups. Due small sample size, short duration, CBCT follow-up long?term survival two?piece implants groups cannot determined; so, further studies are required done.
